Cancellation & Return Policy

• The buyer is responsible for inspecting the products for defects upon delivery, in accordance with Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102.
• If the buyer identifies an obvious defect in the delivered products, they must notify the seller within three (3) days under Article 23/c of Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102. Otherwise, according to Article 223 of the Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098, the buyer will be deemed to have accepted the product with its defects.
• The buyer is obligated to inspect the delivered products for any hidden defects and must notify the seller immediately if a defect is discovered within eight (8) days of delivery. Failure to do so will result in acceptance of the defective product under Article 223 of the Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098.
• Together with the defect notification, the buyer must submit a return request via the website and return the product in its original condition, complete and intact. The product must be preserved in its original packaging, including all packaging materials, and returned without any physical damage. Additionally, all original and copy invoices must be sent along with the product.
• If there is any visible damage, dents, wetness, or other irregularities on the package that can be detected before opening, apart from carrier-related damage, the buyer must request the delivery personnel to prepare a report.
• Upon receiving the returned product, the seller will inspect it and, if the buyer's claims are valid, the seller will replace the defective product at their own expense. Alternatively, the buyer may request a refund, which will be processed within ten (10) business days.
• If a replacement is not possible due to stock shortages or other circumstances, the seller commits to refunding the product price using the original payment method, without any interest or additional charges.
• The return process is subject to Tax Procedure Law No. 213 and related regulations, and both the buyer and seller are required to comply with these legal provisions.
